In school, we are confined to subjects. For example, this is your English class. Now it is time for your Maths class. And now it is Science time.... and so on.
But in life outside of school, all of the subjects are blended together - that is life! You will need to know maths, science and English to solve a problem. It is important to know the history of an area and maybe how the geography helped shape that history.
All subjects are important. Everything you learn will be useful.
This is always in the mind of teachers.
The world is also becoming more digital. We can find out information very easily with internet sites (search engines) like Wikipedia, Google and Yahoo. Many students in schools around the world also have access to the internet through devices (e.g. laptop computers, tablets, iPads) that they use in class. So, the biggest question is...
"What do you want to learn?".
