Can .... Cannot.... Can't

Can and can't (cannot is the same) are used in many different situations.  
On this page we are going to focus on the "ability to do something"

         - I can't eat natto (納豆).  I don't like the smell and the taste of it.
         - I can't eat pilchards (イワシ).  I like fishing and used pilchards as bait, so it is hard for me to think of it as food.

What language (other than English) do you wish you could speak?
             - I love travelling.  I backpacked around Europe for 4 months by myself, so I studied some basic words and phrases in French, Italian, German, Dutch and Czech.  The most difficult for me was Czech.
